The dramatic spread of COVID-19 has created unprecedented uncertainty. Every business and industry sector has been impacted differently. That’s why we improve to implement our training, assessment and consulting services remotely in the interests of protecting our staff and clients, for as long as necessary.

• Ex training including Ex General course and Ex Inspection and Maintenance course

• Preparatory training and the assessment of IECEx CoPC unit Ex001

Our competence while working remotely

With the exception of a small core team, our workforce has been providing remote services since last year. The new way of working has lifted up the geographical barriers, saved time and reduced the cost in term of moving and travelling while the competence has still kept the core values of our work.

What to expect from us

Based on the positive feedback that we have received so far, we are confident to continue to deliver our services while working remotely to practice safe social distancing in these uncertain times.

In addition, we are strictly following the guidelines and instructions from the government and doing our best to manage the safety of our clients, partners and staff. We are carefully monitoring the situation and will update you with any news when things get better.

Job Description:

TESV-ATEX & IECEx Production is looking to recruit a Hazardous Area Classification consultant on a contract basis. The role will involve helping clients to reviewing their sites and prepare Hazardous Area Classification drawings according to EN/IEC 60079-10-2.

Skills & Experience:

Candidates should have experience in Hazardous Area Classification and have expertise in some or all of the below:

• Should have IECEx CoPC unit Ex 002 or have experience in performing Hazardous Area Classification.

• Knowledge of IEC 60079-10-2 Hazardous Area Classification and Risk Assessment

• Knowledge of ‘Ex’ Equipment selection and Inspection.

Other requirements: Candidates must have the right to work in Vietnam

Expected start date: to be announced

Salary:

This is a contract basis position. Your Salary will be based on your relevant experience. TESV can provide guidance, support and training for the applicant with the right background.

Job description:

• Identify and register Ex equipment .

• Attach the RFID tag on the Ex equipment.

• Check EPL

• Ex visual and detailed inspection

Expected start date:

By the end of February 2021

Duration:

- Approximately 120 days

- Back to back within 3 rotations (28 days)

Requirements:

1. Only for local Ex inspector

2. Good in English

3. IECEx CoPC or Compex certificate or Trainor Certificate

4. Offshore experience

5. Working at height certificate
